The property and rooms are very old and smells very bad. The AC dosent properly. The breakfast was horrible, no tests.its better to eat outside. There are lot of Indian restaurants around. Location you will not feel that you are in a international destination. You will feel that you are in Mumbai Crawford market or Zaveri Bazar. The staff is very rude. STRONGLY RECOMMEND No No No for this hotel Dont waste you money and vacation with this hotel

Worst hotel I've ever been at. We arrived at the hotel at 9:00 a.m. and asked early check-in, but the receptionist was so nasty that despite the fact that the entire hotel was empty, they refused to grant us early check-in and showed no respect by offering us a glass of water or settling down. The only thing she was concerned about was money; to provide early check-in, she charged 1000 bhat per room, which was not mentioned at the time of booking, and we requested early check-in, which was confirmed by the hotel. It wasn't about money; it was impolite behavior and a bad attitude. I believe the hotel management forgot that the hospitality industry only operates with the appropriate attitude, I regret choosing this hotel. If you want to enjoy your holiday, don't book this hotel. There is no outside food allowed, and their restaurant is only open for breakfast; if you are hungry after that, you are on your own; the hotel has no other options. On a scale of 0 to 10, we rate this hotel as a 0. on top of that staff' s rude behavior which just spoiled everything .

The rooms are very big and neat. The staff are polite but disciplined and strict. Room service and house keeping are punctual. The swimming pool is in the 8th floor. They he room is centrally air conditioned. reception team is strictly about check in and check out time (2 pm and 12 pm). Since it is in prathuna all the major site seeing places are very nearby. Many Indian restaurants in front of the hotel.

This one is going to be the worst stay experience for anyone choosing for their vacation. Hotel is in pity state- Desperately need renovation. Rooms are not well equipped with basic air conditioning ( I have to switch 5 rooms in 3 days stay). Their washroom missing basic showering and WC accessorise. Not even a 1 star property (it also has no swimming pool- as the one they claim is shut for maintenance for recurring basis) Cherry on the cake experience- they don’t give you even a glass of water if you are waiting in the lobby after check out. They simply say “NO HAVE” even though you can spot a full dispenser placed alongside!

So this happened on 16th Feb 2024 on my trip to Bangkok, We arrived early for check-in at 11:30 am, but the hotel receptionist just refused to give us the room. I am aware that their check-in time is 2 p.m., but we asked that our circumstance be taken into account because we are exhausted and need a place to sleep & get some rest. The employees responded with extreme rudeness; they didn't even listen to the clients or even try to be nice. After spending the few hours outside we came back at 3PM. I asked for a room at 12 floor or above but they don't listen what I am requesting for & handed over the key for 9th floor room. This time I was frustrated like anything so I just pick the keys & left. The next day we were sleeping till afternoon, I contacted room service to get a water bottle. When they didn't answer, I called the reception. The receptionist informed me that room service was supposed to bring water, so called them & cut the call. Basic services was not even provided, which made us feel offended and ashamed. people and service are appalling. We didn't receive the accommodation or options that we paid for, breakfast wasn't provided, and we weren't treated fairly or with basic hospitality. Despite the fact that I chose this hotel based on its brand, I have never had such a worse hotel experience in past & will make sure never choose Ramada properties going further!
